Shoots start at $750 and Elopements start at $3200. All my sessions and collections are customizable to your individual needs. Sessions outside of the Fresno require a travel fee of $150-$300 flat. My sessions are 60-90 minutes long, and mini sessions are 30 minutes. During your session I strive to look for the moments that you don't see. Our sessions are about relationships and connection. Clients are encouraged to be themselves, not look at the camera, and live in the moments. Each session is an experience built, and it's important you remember the time you had first and foremost. The photos will always be more meaningful when you can look at them, remember the moment, and smile or laugh! Ask for specifics on styling and building a session as creatively as you want together!
NO REFUNDS OR RE-SHOOTS for clients that simply aren't happy with their images. Sessions don't always go to plan, and when you enter into a booking you are responsible for accepting that risk. While it is HIGHLY rare that I am unable to capture images you'll love, when it does happen it is for reasons out of my control. Sessions with uncooperative kids, windy situations, uncomfortable weather, late arrivals etc, are not subject to automatic re-shoots. Re-shoots are rare and only at my discretion. NO REFUNDS for unrealistic expectations regarding my style and editing. You are responsible for viewing my work prior to booking me for a session!
Images take time, and that time varies from season too season. Weddings take about 8-10 weeks to finish and deliver, and at busy seasons please expect 10-12 weeks. Bust seasons are Spring and Fall for me. Lifestyle sessions take 2 weeks to finish and deliver depending on the demand and time of year. During the spring and fall months please understand delays happen, but it's rare and I always try to get images back as quickly as I can. I am just as eager to deliver as you are to receive! PROMISE!
Cancelations made within 7 days leading up to your session date will inquire a $50 rebooking fee in order to postpone. There are NO REFUNDS for canceled sessions at any time after booking. THERE IS NO RESCHEDULING FOR EVENT MINI SESSION DISCOUNT DAYS, OR SPECIAL EVENTS. If you book on a mini session discount (fall or spring annual specials) there is no option for rescheduling under any circumstances, and there is no refund. All discount event invoices are set to autopay for balances, and if you have to cancel within the 7 day period you are still required to pay your balance and a rescheduling fee. Specials and event bookings are non transferable because they are one day only deals. You CAN gift your session to a friend or resell your own mini session time slot, and have them contact me prior to confirm. There are no guarantees of availability within your desired timeframe should you need to postpone. You must set a new date within 7 days of cancelation or you will be asked to send a new deposit regardless when you canceled. There will be no refunds in the event I have no availability. Any Session payment will still be honored for remainder of that calendar year. when policies are followed.
RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
INVOICES ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELATION WITHOUT NOTICE IF UNPAID (NO REFUNDS). Balances are ALWAYS due on the first of your session scheduled month. If you change your mind after receiving your invoice, or ignore communications, please be advised that you will automatically go to the end of the list for any future booking. Communication is priority and I turn away clients, so please be ready to pay invoice once received.
